What is the Simple Nutrition For Life plan?
The Simple Nutrition For Life plan is a one-stop resource that includes everything you need to manage your nutrition and weight loss goals for life!  It will help you stay focused, organized, and achieve the three B’s—A Better Body, Better Health, and a Better Life!

It’s designed in a step-by-step format to help you create a personalized eating plan based on your lifestyle.  It includes a set of realistic, healthy lifestyle guidelines, easy-to-access reference materials, and a variety of meal selections.  Plus, essential planning and activity sheets designed in a “day timer” format to help you stay organized and on track with your new lifestyle goals.  But here’s the best part—this nutrition and weight loss companion comes in a portable format you can take anywhere! So when you need it, it’s there.

What makes our concept unique?
The Simple Nutrition For Life concept is simple. It’s permanent weight loss through healthy lifestyle habits, better nutrition, and portion control.  Nothing new about this concept.  It’s tried and true and proven to work.  However, what is unique about our program is the means to the end---the way we help you achieve your goals.  We call it The Simple Nutrition Planning System.

The Simple Nutrition Planning System is the “total package” when it comes to weight loss and good nutrition, because it includes five key elements that are designed to give you the power to finally create a personalized eating plan that will help you feel and look great!

The unique features of our program by section include:

1. Simple Nutrition 101
We believe that information is power, but we also think that too much information can be overload.  So we opted for a happy medium that doesn’t bog you down with a lot of detail and jargon that in the long run are more confusing than helpful.  Rather, we provide you with just the stuff you need to make better lifestyle choices by combining the most important rules of nutrition and weight loss in an easy-to-read format.

2. Multi-task Meals and More
Our meal plan stays true to its name by helping you to multi-task at every meal.  Our meals are packed with nutrition and great taste, and are easy to prepare--even if you’re on the go!  Designed by professionals, they’re packed with disease-fighting foods, anti-aging benefits, and guaranteed to satisfy your hunger and cravings! To make things super easy we created The Ultimate Shopping List that includes the top 21 most nutritious foods, plus we scoured grocery store shelves to come up with our Best Brands List by food group.  We’ve taken the guesswork out of healthy meal planning by providing everything you need on a silver platter!

3. Personal Makeover Plan Worksheets
We’ve designed a one-of-a-kind planning system that will help you to easily and quickly create a realistic eating and weight loss plan based on your lifestyle and your goals.  We have found that if you have a hand in creating your own action plan, and it really fits your lifestyle, you will be more likely to stick with it and ultimately reach your goals!

4. The Simple Nutrition Organizer
We’ve also developed one-of-a-kind activity sheets in a “day timer” format that will help you to stay organized while executing your plan.  This section includes weekly meal planning sheets (we even have a place for daily “to-do’s”), weekly grocery list sheets, and a journal for daily progress reports.  It’s one thing to have a great plan, but quite another to put it into action and see it through. With these activity sheets, you can’t miss.

5. The Ultimate Cheat Sheets
We’ve created easy-to-reference “cheat sheets” that provide important stuff you’ll need every day---like tips on reading food labels, healthy substitutes for your favorite foods, and tips on portion control.  We don’t expect you to remember everything; we just want you to know where to find it when you need it!

But what’s most unique of all is that everything you need to stick to your new healthy lifestyle plan is in one spiral-bound book that easily fits into your purse, briefcase, diaper bag, or whatever it is you carry around each day, so when you need it, it’s there!

What's in it for me?
Okay, here’s the  “what’s in it for you” part.  If you follow our program consistently, you can count on these things:

• A personalized eating plan that will help you maintain your weight for life!
• Increased confidence about being healthier and achieving your goal weight.
• Tasty meals that are easy to prepare and pack a nutritional punch.
• A planning system to help organize all your nutrition needs.
• Increased awareness of how nutrition helps to lower your risk of chronic diseases.
• The secret to prolonging the aging process from the inside out.
• More energy than you’ve had in years!

In a nutshell, our program gives you the most important rules of nutrition and weight loss with a no-fail planning, organizing, and tracking system that takes you from A-Z in YOUR quest for the ultimate eating plan. The final result: A Better Body, Better Health, and a Better Life. Can you ask for more than that?
When can I expect to see results?
Good question. The answer is, it’s up to you. First, it depends on how much you need to clean up your lifestyle and eating habits.  Second, it depends on your commitment to making these changes and sticking to them.  For instance, if losing weight is your main goal, our plan will show you how to lose one to two pounds per week—safely and effectively—by using the 8-week nutrition and meal planner, which is designed to help you create and tweak a meal plan that is just right for you.

Remember, this isn’t a crash or fad diet; it’s a plan for life. By trading high-fat, empty-calorie meals for meals packed with nutrition, you’ll immediately feel better and have more energy.  Stick to it and your weight will be where you want it for life! If you are ready to create your very own
Simple Nutrition For Life eating plan, then simply go to the ordering section and order your very own copy of The Last Diet Book Standing—you won’t know how you lived without it!

About the Author
Kerry McLeod is a graduate of the University of Texas, with a B.S. in Psychology.  She spent the first 15 years of her career working for Fortune 500 companies such as Cox Enterprises, Inc., and McGraw-Hill Publishing in various sales and marketing positions. In 2001, nine months after the birth of her daughter, she left the safe world of the corporate “gravy train” and cautiously entered the challenging and oftentimes treacherous world of the stay-at-home/working-from-home moms' club.  Currently, she is a freelance marketing consultant, Sport Nutrition Certified Instructor, and a full-time wife and mother.

Kerry also has the title of “recovering junk-food junkie” on her resume.  For most of her adult life, her diet consisted of empty calories from highly processed foods, sans anything remotely healthy. In her early thirties, she decided it was time to change her evil diet and nutrition ways and began looking for an easy-to-implement eating plan that she could apply to the real world—hers. Over the next seven years, she tried many diet plans, but found that they were either too complicated, too labor-intensive, or too restrictive—no dairy, no mixing carbs and proteins, low carb, high protein, and of course the dreaded—no sugar!  Although she was eating better, she still hadn’t found a healthy plan that she could follow for life, and so the search continued.

Then one day several years ago, she had her light-bulb moment: If she was having this much trouble figuring out the whole nutrition and weight loss game, then what were other women going through who weren’t as informed as she?  This is when she decided there was a real need for a no-nonsense, simple nutrition and weight loss program that could be applied to any lifestyle.  With this, she set out to create the ultimate eating plan for women!  And the rest, as they say, is history.
